Privacy Policy

Information you give us. When you fill out a form, buy something, or book a call, we collect what you enter. That can include your first and last name, email address, mobile phone number, agency name, state, and answers to questions about how your agency hires caregivers.

Payment information. Payments are handled by our payment processor. We receive basic details about the payment, such as the amount and whether it went through. We don't receive or store your full card number.

Messages and calls. If you email us, text us, or join a call with us, we keep a record of those messages and notes from the call.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our pages and service providers collect basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and the date and time of your visit. We may use cookies and similar tools to keep forms working, understand how our pages are used, and measure our ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work properly if you do.

We use your information to:

• Deliver what you bought, including sending your download link and receipt
• Schedule, confirm, and remind you about calls you book
• Provide the Sprint or Engine services you sign up for
• Answer your questions and process refunds
• Send you the texts you agreed to receive
• Send you emails about your order, your calls, and our services
• Improve our website, products, and ads
• Prevent fraud and keep our systems secure
• Meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations

We only send you automated text messages if you check a text consent box on one of our forms. Each box is optional, unchecked by default, and covers only what it says.

• Order and call texts are about your purchase, download access, and calls you book, including confirmations, reminders, and rescheduling.
• Marketing texts include caregiver hiring tips, new resources, and offers. We send these only if you check the separate marketing box.

Consent is not a condition of purchase or booking. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. We also honor UNSUBSCRIBE, END, QUIT, REVOKE, OPT OUT, and plain requests like "stop texting me." After you opt out, you'll get one message confirming it, and we won't text you again unless you sign up again.

We don't sell or share your mobile number or text consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party, except with the service providers that help us send the messages.

We send emails about your order, your download, and any calls you book. If you buy or book with us, we may also send occasional emails about caregiver hiring and our services. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email support@caregiverhiringengine.com to stop them. We'll still send messages you need about an order or a booked call.

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only in the situations below. None of them include text messaging opt-in data or consent, which we share only with the service providers that send our texts.

• Service providers that help us run our business, such as our website, CRM, and messaging platform (HighLevel), our payment processor, our calendar and video call tools (Google), and our email providers. They handle your information under their own terms and privacy policies, in order to provide services to us.
• Advertising platforms such as Meta, in order to measure how our ads perform, only to the extent described in the cookies paragraph above.
• Legal reasons, when we believe the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our users, or the public.
• Business transfers, if our business is sold, merged, or reorganized.
• With your permission, in any other situation where you ask us to share it.

If your agency hires us for the Sprint or the Engine, we set up job ads, application pages, and automated text and voice screening for your agency. Information about caregiver applicants, such as their name, phone number, email, and screening answers, is collected for your agency and on its behalf. We use it only to provide the services to your agency and as your agency instructs.

Your agency is responsible for its own privacy policy and terms for applicants, for getting any consent required by law before applicants are texted or called, and for how it uses applicant information in its hiring. We don't sell applicant information or use it for our own marketing. If your agency stops using our services, we'll export the applicant records and consent records we hold for your agency on request, and delete them on request, unless the law requires us to keep them. If you're an applicant with a question about your information, please contact the agency you applied to. We'll help that agency respond.

We keep information for as long as we need it to provide our products and services, keep business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. After that, we delete it or keep it in a form that no longer identifies you.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No website, app, or method of sending data over the internet is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email support@caregiverhiringengine.com with your request. We may need to confirm your identity first. Some information may have to be kept for legal or accounting reasons. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state's privacy laws, and we'll honor them as required.

Our website and services are for businesses and adults. They aren't directed to anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we'll take reasonable steps to let you know.
