Terms of Service

Our products and services are for home care agency owners and their teams, for business use. You must be at least 18 to use them.

We provide hiring templates, training material, and marketing and automation setup for home care agencies. We are not a staffing agency, employment agency, recruiter, background-check company, or employer. We don’t vet, employ, place, or supervise caregivers, and no caregiver is our employee or agent. Any automated screening we set up for you only collects applicants’ answers to your questions. We don’t verify those answers, credentials, references, or eligibility to work.

Your agency is responsible for:

• Every hiring decision, including who to interview, hire, or reject
• Screening, interviews, reference checks, and background checks, and for doing them as your state and local laws require
• Checking licenses, certifications, and eligibility to work
• Compliance with employment, anti-discrimination, wage, privacy, advertising, and home care licensing laws
• Getting any consent required by law before applicants are texted, emailed, or called, and honoring opt-outs
• Reviewing and approving every ad, page, message, and screening question before it’s used

Nothing we provide is legal, HR, or compliance advice. Have your own attorney or HR advisor review your ads, applications, and processes for your state.

We don’t guarantee any number of applicants, interviews, hires, retention, cost savings, or revenue. Results depend on things outside our control, including your pay rates, your local labor market, your shifts, your ad budget, ad platform decisions, and how fast your team follows up. Industry statistics on our pages are cited to their sources and don’t describe results from our products.

Price and delivery. The kit costs $27, paid once. It’s a digital product: a PDF delivered by download. After your payment goes through, we email a download link to the address you gave us. Nothing ships by mail. If your link doesn’t arrive or doesn’t work, email support@caregiverhiringengine.com and we’ll send it again.

Your license. When you buy the kit, you get a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the kit inside your own agency, including your locations and staff. You can adapt the templates and use your versions in your own hiring, including posting your job ads and sending your messages to applicants. You may not resell, share, or give away the kit itself or its templates to other businesses, or use them to build a competing product.

30-day money-back guarantee. If you decide the kit isn’t worth $27 to you, for any reason, email support@caregiverhiringengine.com within 30 days of purchase and we’ll refund you. No questions asked. The guarantee covers the kit only.

The Sprint is a done-for-you setup service for a one-time fee of $497. What it includes is described on the Sprint offer page at the time you buy.

• Build work starts at the kickoff call. The 14 days of live ads and screening start once your texting registration is approved by carriers and your ads are approved by Meta. That timing is set by carriers and Meta and is outside our control.
• Meta ad spend isn’t included. Meta bills you directly on your own ad account. Phone, texting, carrier registration, and AI usage fees are billed to you at cost, and we’ll give you an estimate before kickoff.
• You agree to give us the access we need, such as admin access to your Meta ad account, and to respond to requests for approvals and information. Delays on your side may delay the Sprint.
• If you start the Caregiver Hiring Engine within 30 days after your Sprint ends, your full $497 is credited toward the Engine setup fee.
• If you don’t continue, you keep the job ads, ad creative, and scripts we wrote for you, exported and handed over. Your GoHighLevel account is paused, with no ongoing charge. Your Meta campaigns and their data stay in your own ad account.

The kit’s 30-day money-back guarantee doesn’t apply to the Sprint. If you have a concern about your Sprint, email support@caregiverhiringengine.com and we’ll review it with you in good faith.

The Engine is an ongoing service at $1,500 one-time setup per agency plus $1,250 per month per location. It builds on the Sprint system and adds managed ad refresh, ongoing AI screening, 12-month re-engagement of applicants who opted in, and a weekly report. It’s month-to-month. You can cancel with 30 days’ notice by emailing support@caregiverhiringengine.com. Cancellation takes effect 30 days after we receive your email, and fees for service through that date still apply. Ad spend and usage fees are separate, as with the Sprint. Any additional terms we agree on in writing for your Engine account also apply.

Prices are in US dollars. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge the card or payment method you provide for what you buy, including monthly Engine fees until you cancel. You’re responsible for any taxes that apply. If a payment fails, we may pause services until it’s resolved.

If you check a text consent box, you agree to receive automated texts from Local Relay Digital about what that box describes. Order and call texts cover your purchase, download access, and calls you book. Marketing texts cover hiring tips, new resources, and offers. Each box is optional and consent is not a condition of purchase or booking. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Carriers aren’t liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email. See our Privacy Policy for details.

The site, the kit, and everything we create for you are protected by copyright and other laws. Except for the license in section 4 and the materials handed over to you under section 5, we keep all rights in our content, templates, methods, and systems. Your agency’s name, logo, and information remain yours.

You agree not to use our products or services to send messages to people who haven’t given any consent required by law, to run discriminatory job ads, to ask applicants questions the law doesn’t allow, to break any law, or to interfere with the site or other users.

Our site, products, and services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We rely on third-party platforms such as Meta, HighLevel, carriers, and payment processors, and we aren’t responsible for their outages, rejections, policy changes, or fees.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or lost business, including any harm from a hiring decision, a caregiver’s acts or omissions, or an applicant’s information being inaccurate. Our total liability for any claim relating to these Terms or our products and services is limited to the amount you paid us for the product or service the claim relates to in the 12 months before the claim arose.

You agree to defend and hold us harmless from claims, losses, and costs (including reasonable attorney fees) that arise from your hiring decisions, your screening and background-check practices, your treatment of applicants and caregivers, your failure to get consent the law requires, content you approved or supplied, or your breach of these Terms or the law. This doesn’t apply to the extent a claim is caused by our own negligence or willful misconduct.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you and we agree to those courts’ jurisdiction. Before filing a claim, please email support@caregiverhiringengine.com so we can try to resolve it informally.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted when you buy applies to that purchase. If any part of these Terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies. If we don’t enforce a term right away, we haven’t waived it. These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the full agreement between us about the site and the products described here, unless we sign a separate written agreement.
